Those are governed by the applicable End User License Agreement (EULA), Master Services Agreement (MSA), or the respective open-source licenses (e.g., Apache 2.0, GPL) accompanying the software.

Conflict: In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a valid EULA or MSA signed by you and Solanica Inc., the terms of the EULA or MSA shall control.
